- June 16 to September 14 $145 (2 night minimum) 4 nights $580, 5 nights $725, $975 weekly
- November Thru April $135 (2 night minimum),4 nights $520, 5 nights $635, $900.weekly
- For parties greater than two, there is an additional fee of $10/person per/day
- A non-refndable cleaning fee of $30. for two people and $45.for three or more
- Check-in is 3:00,check-out is 11:00, this allows time for cleaning
- Also available for month to month winter rental
