- June 16 to September 14 $160(2 night minimum) 4 nights $620, 5 nights $775, $1090 weekly
- November Thru April $150 (2 night minimum),4 nights $580, 5 nights $730, $1010,weekly
- For parties greater than two, there is an additional fee of $20/person per/day
- A non-refndable cleaning fee of $100.00
- Check-in is 3:00,check-out is 11:00, this allows time for cleaning
- Also available for month to month winter rental
