- $200 refundable security deposit required to hold reservation.
- Deposit refunded upon post check-out inspection.
- A $50 cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
- If canceled within 30 days, unless you rebook your dates, the fee is $150.We will hold your deposit for your newly booked dates.
- Balance due three weeks prior to arrival.
- A $30 non refundable cleaning fee for up to 2 guests, or $45 for 3 or more.
- Available year round.
- Strictly non-smoking.
- This is a quiet peaceful area-Please keep music and other sounds to a low level.
- Loud, noisy, parties aren't allowed.
- Books, music and movies are private collection-Feel free to use, but leave with the home.
